*due to various in product weight and packaging weight, content and product weight variations can vary. we are not held responsible or liable for variations in product weight as weight marked on packaging is estimated to the best of our ability.

•All sales are final. Please note, VANESCOVIA  reserves the right to refuse all returns.

•Once you place an order it is final. no order cancellations at any time 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 7 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS or shipping company used to transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or other chipping providers along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or whom ever is the shipping provider.

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. Packages will be shipped within 2 business days or less. In person pick up by appointment only.
